How to use

Take 1 capsules per day or as per your healthcare practitioner’s advice. - Nia-Sol Gel
Apply a small amount of the gel directly to the red, flaky and rough areas twice daily and rub into the skin untill it is fully absorbed.. - The use of a high protection factor sunscreen is strongly advised.
